1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EchoMint ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What EchoMint Is

EchoMint is a controlled music momentum marketplace. Artists create Momentum Campaigns tied to their music. Fans purchase Momentum Campaign Tokens (MCTs) to participate in those campaigns.

3. What Momentum Campaign Tokens (MCTs) Are

Momentum Campaign Tokens (MCTs) are fan participation tokens. They represent participation in the public momentum surrounding a music campaign.

MCTs are NOT:

  • Music ownership or co-ownership of any kind
  • Royalty rights or revenue sharing
  • Publishing rights or master rights
  • Equity or shares in any artist, label, or company
  • Securities or investment contracts
  • A guarantee of profit or financial return
  • Dividends of any kind

Purchasing MCTs does not entitle you to any ownership interest in the underlying music, the artist, or any associated intellectual property.

4. Fan Participation

Fans participate in Momentum Campaigns by purchasing MCTs. Token value is influenced by campaign momentum signals including streaming activity, social engagement, playlist movement, and community participation. EchoMint does not guarantee any specific token value or financial outcome.

5. Artist Obligations

Artists who create campaigns on EchoMint agree to:

  • Only upload music or snippets they own or are authorised to use
  • Provide accurate campaign information
  • Not manipulate token supply, pricing, or campaign metrics
  • Comply with the artist verification process
  • Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive campaign activity

6. Anti-Rug & Market Integrity

EchoMint operates a controlled internal liquidity system. Artists cannot manipulate token supply, freeze campaigns, or remove liquidity. EchoMint reserves the right to pause, suspend, or terminate any campaign found to be in violation of platform rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.

7. No Financial Advice

Nothing on EchoMint constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Participation in Momentum Campaigns carries risk. You should not participate with funds you cannot afford to lose.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Wash trading or artificial volume manipulation
  • Bot activity or fake engagement
  • Creating fraudulent artist profiles or campaigns
  • Uploading music you do not own or are not authorised to use
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

9. Account Termination

EchoMint reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

EchoMint is not liable for any financial losses arising from participation in Momentum Campaigns, token value fluctuations, or platform downtime. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to Terms

EchoMint may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
